Murray House Vacation Home - Vacation Rental is licensed with NL tourism and meets the high standards and credibility as established by Canada Select. Our vacation rental can accommodate 5 guests comfortably and is rented as one unit so you will never have to share your space with strangers. We are open year around and, located just 20 minutes from the city, our vacation home is well situated to offer the best of both worlds!

Our rates are just $140 per night between March 1 and September 30 with discounts applied between October 1 through February 28. Check our availability calendar below to see if our house is available to match your travel needs. Also, if you have any questions, please drop us a line.

We are pet friendly to small pets but request that those travelling with pets advise of same at time of the reservation.

We accept cash or e-transfer as a form of payment; payment due upon arrival. For those who prefer credit card, payment can be made through PayPal but, if using that platform, there will be a 3% fee added to the price to cover PayPal administration fees.

We live in the second home of the duplex and, although respectful of your privacy,  are available to you during your stay. 

Please review our house policies prior to booking: 

· Treat the property with respect

· No parties or overnight guests 

· Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 6 am

· No drugs. No smoking inside the house
